Sub-Processors for the Provision of the iSales AI Service
For the direct provision and operation of the iSales AI Service, as specified in our Data Processing Addendum, iSales AI engages the following Sub-Processors. Customer-Directed Integrations
Customers may elect to integrate the iSales AI Service with various third-party applications or services not listed above (e.g., their proprietary CRM systems, external data repositories, or other communication platforms). In such instances, the providers of these third-party services act as separate data processors or controllers, governed by the terms and conditions established between the Customer and the respective third-party provider. iSales AI's responsibilities are confined to the data processing activities occurring within the iSales AI Service as initiated and configured by the Customer.
Updates and Inquiries
This list of service providers and sub-processors is maintained to reflect our current operational engagements and is subject to periodic review and updates. iSales AI is committed to notifying its customers of any material changes to its sub-processor list in accordance with our contractual agreements and applicable law.
